Refund and Returns Policy
Swift Industries offer a 14 day return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your product (Excluding Special Order parts, repaired and refurbished parts). That means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us up to 14 days after you have received it for either exchange or refund (excluding original delivery costs). To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items returned must be received by us in brand new, unused condition, uninstalled, sealed in their original shipping packaging, and including all parts and accessories. Any sealed packages must remain sealed. If this is not the case, the return may be rejected or only partially refunded.
The return costs (including insurance) are the buyer’s responsibility. We highly recommend the item be returned with a verifiable tracking number. Swift Industries will not accept risk of returned items going missing or damaged. Returns not received will not be eligible for refund or exchange. For exchanges you will need to pay the cost of sending the replacement product back to you.
At our discretion a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds for change of mind. Eligible refunds will be paid within 5 business days (excludes public holidays & weekends) less any delivery charges on the original transaction. The payment will be returned by the same method as received i.e. Paypal, eWAY or Bank Deposit. Please include a copy of your tax invoice with your returned item.
Special Orders, Made to Order & Refurbished Parts
There will be no returns, refunds or credits accepted on Special Orders, Made to Order or refurbished parts if you change your mind or by customer cancellation as these are not stocked items.
